Weekly Newsletter for November 2, 2017

Dear Parents,

The third and seventh grade prepared a beautiful All Saints Day Mass yesterday, celebrating the lives of the Saints. Father Healy reiterated that we too are Saints as we practice good deeds of kindness and service to others. Today is All Souls Day, a day to pray for those who have died. I found this quote from Christ Relief Services that reminds us all to pray today for those who have died.

November 2 is the Commemoration of All of the Faithful Departed, or All Souls. On this day, we pray that all those who have died— our loved ones, and also those people around the world who we will never meet— through the mercy of God, will rest in peace. –

We enjoyed all the Halloween festivities beginning with Halloween Bingo, the delightful Halloween Parade complete with five dancing dinosaurs, and an afternoon carnival of fun, all created by our PCB and Student Council. Thank you for making these enjoyable events for us all.
